Description
This crochet crossbody bag brings together a simple shape and a gentle pastel palette. Each bag is worked in a single soft shade and finished with a row of three raised crochet rosettes, set just below a scalloped trim in a contrasting neutral tone.
The body is a flat, softly squared shape in an even crochet stitch, with a long crochet strap in the same colour as the bag. It is a light, easy piece for carrying a few small essentials.
The pastel shades suit lighter outfits particularly well, from lawn suits and summer kurtas to casual western wear. With several colours to choose from, it is also an easy piece to match to a particular outfit or to pick as a gift.
Each bag is crocheted by hand in small batches, so the rosettes and stitches carry slight variations from one piece to the next.
