Cash on Delivery
ZainabCraft currently offers Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within Pakistan.
Customers are expected to accept and pay for their confirmed order when it is delivered.
Repeatedly placing orders and refusing or failing to accept deliveries may result in COD restrictions on future orders.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products are prepared according to information and specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking customization details before confirming their order.
Because these products are made specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
This does not affect claims relating to products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly made by ZainabCraft.

Orders are delivered within Pakistan.
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary.
