Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add the items you’d like to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Can I order from outside Pakistan?
At this time, ZainabCraft delivers within Pakistan only.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to you.
Do you accept online payments or bank transfer?
Not at this time — Cash on Delivery is currently our only available payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver orders across Pakistan.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days after the order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee, shown at checkout before you place your order. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Can I track my order?

Can I order a custom or personalized piece?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No — we don’t currently accept returns for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before ordering. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return, since they’re made specifically for you — unless the item is damaged, defective, or was made or sent incorrectly. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Since orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to make changes once processing has begun.
I made a mistake with my delivery address or order details — what should I do?
